THE CONCEPT
Wrap yourself in a presence that transcends time.
This piece is part of the Kakusha 2026 Collection and represents a natural evolution of the Kimono Duster from the Solar Capsule collection. The Kage Kimono Duster (影 — shadow, silhouette, reflection in Japanese) retains the enveloping spirit and architectural presence of the original version, reinterpreting some of its details with a more organic sensibility. Instead of a magnetic closure, it incorporates two front buttons that provide a sober and natural character, keeping the essence of the garment intact.
Conceived as a lightweight outer layer, it combines ample volumes, minimalist lines, and a fluid drape that accompanies movement. Its oversized silhouette creates a powerful visual presence, balancing structure and comfort.
Freely inspired by the construction of the kimono, it reinterprets its ample proportions, straight cut, and enveloping character from a contemporary and avant-garde vision. The result is a versatile, expressive, and timeless piece, designed to transcend conventional trends and categories.
Intended to naturally integrate into both urban and creative environments, it functions as a transformative layer capable of completing a look with a single piece.

✦ Oversize kimono silhouette: Relaxed and architectural cut with wide sleeves that provide fluid movement, ease of layering, and a feeling of comfort.
✦ Front button closure: Two sculptural 4 cm buttons, made of plastic with a wood-like appearance and decorated with abstract fluting, provide a distinctive avant-garde detail. Their presence introduces a more organic and timeless dimension, maintaining the clean and refined aesthetic of the garment.
✦ Integrated patch pockets with flap: Large front pockets with sculptural flaps integrated into the design, balancing functionality and visual harmony.
✦ Extended length: Falling below the knee, its unlined construction enhances the natural drape of the linen and viscose blend, creating a light and enveloping presence.
